By creating an account or using Trad Nora (website or Android app), you agree to these terms and the Software License. Also read the Disclaimer.

Not financial advice

Trad Nora is a decision-support and connectivity tool. It does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for trading decisions and risk. See the Disclaimer.

No custody / no brokerage

Trad Nora is not a bank, broker, custodian, or exchange. We do not hold your crypto assets. Wallet seeds stay on your device. Exchange orders run through connections you authorize with your own exchange accounts. Optional on-chain Swap uses third-party DEX routers (for example PancakeSwap or Uniswap); you sign in your browser or app — Trad Nora never receives your seed.

Your responsibilities

• Keep exchange API keys restricted — enable Spot/trade as needed; never enable withdraw
• Back up wallet seed phrases offline; anyone with the phrase controls the funds
• On Android Secure Vault: save the recovery key offline and/or export .tnrec; optional Drive backup is encrypted by a passphrase only you know
• Verify addresses, assets, slippage, and amounts before Send, Swap, or Place order — transfers and fills are irreversible
• Comply with exchange eligibility and local laws in your jurisdiction
• Keep your login credentials secure; enable 2FA when available
• Download the Android APK only from the official Trad Nora Apps page (or a store listing we publish later)

Android app & sideload

The Android app may be distributed as an APK for sideload install. Installing software from outside an official store carries risk (malware, tampered files). Only install builds obtained from Trad Nora. You are responsible for enabling “install unknown apps” on your device and for verifying you trust the source. See the License and Disclaimer.

Accounts & packages

Free and paid packages gate features (Capital, Spot Sync, messaging alerts, teams, wallets, Transfer/Consolidate, gas assist, and related limits). Free includes wallets and Secure Vault. Trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations follow the package and checkout terms shown at purchase — including crypto, card, on-chain credits, or vault pay when Admin enables those methods. Alert delivery and market data are not guaranteed to be instantaneous or uninterrupted. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass security controls.

Teams invites

Team owners may invite members by email. An invite email includes an accept link. Teams are for membership and collaboration only; trades, wallets, Capital, and portfolio data stay personal to each account unless a feature explicitly shares otherwise.

Gas assist

Optional gas-assist / Need-gas requests let you ask for help funding native fees. Submitting a request does not guarantee fulfillment. You remain responsible for verifying addresses and amounts before any on-chain transfer.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance mode may temporarily limit public access while Admin/Support remains available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trad Nora is provided “as is.” We are not liable for trading losses, exchange outages, incorrect or delayed market data, missed alerts, irreversible blockchain transactions (including Send and on-chain Swap), AMM slippage or price impact, third-party DEX router behavior, or damage from installing or using third-party or unofficial APK files.
