What is Trad Nora?
A multi-tenant trading assistant: track Capital and trades, sync Spot exchanges, set alerts, use calculators, manage non-custodial wallets (send, Gas & fees, and on-chain ETH/BNB Swap when granted), and invite teammates by email — on the web and on Android.
What is Capital?
Capital is a feature-gated way to track funded accounts and P/L. You can mark a primary Capital account so Trade, Transfer, and Markets show that context. Labels show your live equity (cash + open mark) beside Capital — fund and cash appear on list rows. Capital does not custody crypto — it is bookkeeping inside your Trad Nora account.
Do you hold my crypto?
No. Seeds and private keys stay on your device. The server stores public addresses only. On-chain Swap is signed on your device against third-party DEX routers — not a custodial balance inside Trad Nora. See the Disclaimer.
Which wallets work on Android?
Android create/import, groups, QR, and watch addresses cover BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, and TRX. Free includes wallets and Secure Vault. Prefer USDT on TRON, BNB, or Solana (SPL) for lower fees. You can Transfer native coins plus USDT/USDC on ETH/BNB (USDT TRC-20, and USDT/USDC SPL), with destinations Mine (your other wallets), Trad Nora user by email (opt-in), or Other (paste address). On-chain Swap is ETH/BNB via DEX routers — Transfer/Consolidate is Premium. Need-gas panels and optional Request gas help apply when native dust is missing.
Is wallet Swap the same as Spot trading?
No. Spot orders use your Binance or Coinbase API balances under Spot Sync (Premium). Wallet mode uses your linked non-custodial wallet for on-chain Swap and Price Target paths you still sign. They are separate features.
What if I lose my phone?
Reinstall Trad Nora and sign in — public wallet addresses return from your account. Seeds and Secure Vault data do not. Restore on-device secrets with your written recovery key, a passphrase-protected .tnrec file you exported earlier, or an optional encrypted Google Drive backup (same Google account + backup passphrase). On Android you can set vault unlock time and Hard lock (fingerprint alone blocked until Vault Key + 2FA when enabled, or recovery). Trad Nora never holds decryptable seeds and cannot reset a forgotten Vault Key or backup passphrase. See App docs.
How do I get the Android app?
Open /apps, download the official APK when published, enable install from unknown sources if prompted, then sign in with your Trad Nora account. Play Store listing comes later. Read the sideload notes on Apps and the License.
Are my exchange keys safe?
Keys are encrypted per account. Use Spot/trade-only keys and never enable withdraw. You can disconnect anytime.
How do alerts work?
Price alerts can go to email, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, browser push, and Android push (when configured). Delivery depends on your package, credentials, and channel providers. Use the Alerts Active / Inactive master switch to pause evaluation and delivery without deleting rules.
What about Teams and the full journal?
Teams and the trading journal are available on the website and in the Android app with the same account. Invites are delivered by email with an accept link. Google sign-in and CMS page editing remain website-first.
How do packages and billing work?
Start free with wallets and Secure Vault; upgrade for Spot Sync, Transfer, gas assist, and other Premium gates. Payment methods depend on Admin settings (card, crypto, on-chain credits, and/or vault pay). See Pricing.
